Great dental practice. Respectful receptionist that always call to remind you of appointments . Honest dentist like (Dr.Hasan)that make sure when you leave their office that you are 100% comfortable with your teeth with the work they’ve done and overall health. This is a really well oiled operation they have going on here. The staff are very professional and competent in their respective roles. Appointments are reminded via text messages. Yup can even opt in for an option where they call you if there’s a cancellation for an earlier appointment. Dr Hasan is very good at his job. I am very nervous whenever I go to the dentist but he explains everything before hand and makes it a little bit easier. They take pictures before and after to show you exactly what’s done. I had 4 fillings done recently and it was quick and easy. If you are looking for a new dentist. You should check them out.

Had immense pain that needed a root canal. Was fasting and their office did two things. One understood the discomfort and booked an appointment right away (even though they were fully booked) and second was sensitive to the fact that I was fasting and adjusted the procedure so that my fast wouldn’t break. I really appreciate all the thought that went into my visits. Will definitely be keeping them as my dentistry.

I had my first dental examination, cleaning and cavity removal at North Harwood Family Dentistry yesterday, and the experience was extremely satisfying. Staff approach was excellent Service was highly professional From Reception to Catherine to Doc Hassan was exceptional. Very clean facility with nice equipment. I was very comfortable throughout my experience. Keep the good work guys. I highly recommend this facility for everyone.
