    Dr. Asad Hasan is the lead talented dentist at North Harwood Family Dentistry and is committed to providing each and every patient with the highest quality dental care. Dr. Hasan earned his Honors Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from the University of Toronto before attending the University of Western Ontario, where he completed his dental degree with honours. Since beginning to practice as a dentist, he has remained a member in good standing of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). 

    Dr. Hasan considers patient education his top priority. He takes the time to give each patient an in-depth explanation of the treatment they’ll be receiving so they can feel confident and at ease. In addition, Dr. Hasan frequently uses the intra-oral camera to show his patients before and after photos so they can see the results of their treatment and understand precisely what was done. He also understands the importance of exploring all possible treatment options and making dentistry as affordable and accessible as possible. In addition to English, Dr. Hasan is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.

    Great dental practice. Respectful receptionist that always call to remind you of appointments . Honest dentist like (Dr.Hasan)that make sure when you leave their office that you are 100% comfortable with your teeth with the work they’ve done and overall health. If you are in Durham or surrounding areas I highly recommend!!! See for yourself.

    This is a really well oiled operation they have going on here. The staff are very professional and competent in their respective roles. Appointments are reminded via text messages. Yup can even opt in for an option where they call you if there’s a cancellation for an earlier appointment. Dr Hasan is very good at his job. I am very nervous whenever I go to the dentist but he explains everything before hand and makes it a little bit easier. They take pictures before and after to show you exactly what’s done. I had 4 fillings done recently and it was quick and easy. If you are looking for a new dentist. You should check them out.

    Had immense pain that needed a root canal. Was fasting and their office did two things. One understood the discomfort and booked an appointment right away (even though they were fully booked) and second was sensitive to the fact that I was fasting and adjusted the procedure so that my fast wouldn’t break. I really appreciate all the thought that went into my visits. Will definitely be keeping them as my dentistry.

    I had my first dental examination, cleaning and cavity removal at North Harwood Family Dentistry yesterday, and the experience was extremely satisfying. Staff approach was excellent Service was highly professional From Reception to Catherine to Doc Hassan was exceptional. Very clean facility with nice equipment. I was very comfortable throughout my experience. Keep the good work guys. I highly recommend this facility for everyone.

    Dr. Hasan is very professional and friendly. Every visit is a pleasant experience—we always have great conversations, which really helps put me at ease. The service is excellent, and the staff is highly professional. They do an amazing job with scaling and make sure everything is done thoroughly and comfortably. Highly recommend this dental clinic!
